課程活動　

精神分析取向心理治療臨床課程2014-2016

課程簡介：本課程持續兩年，共四學期。系統化介紹精神分析式心理治療的理論和技巧、精神病理、發展理論、治療倫理，以及臨床案例討論等課程。

上課時間：週六下午 12:30-17:30（每學期進行15週）

報名資格：領有證照且具實務工作經驗之心理治療相關領域專業人員（護理師、社工師、醫師、臨床心理師、諮商心理師、教師等）

報名方式：請詳細填妥本簡章所附之報名表，於2014/05/31前以掛號郵件方式寄至台北市復興南路2段35號2樓之1臺灣精神分析學會秘書處收（以郵戳為憑），若未收到報名手續完成通知，請透過電話02-27085670確認。

【人類發展】

講師：許宗蔚

此課程將探討人類自一出生後每個發展階段的內在心智狀態特色；並透過瞭解人類內在心智狀態，是如何在與外在環境互動的影響下不斷的變化、而逐漸形成長大後的我們，並雕塑我們人格特質的發展。

課程主旨：

從出生到死亡，每個階段的心智發展都會影響著下個階段的發展。瞭解每個階段的心智發展一直是精神分析學習中重要的一環。本課程除從精神分析的角度看人類心智發展外，也會從發展心理學、嬰兒研究、及神經科學等角度來看人類內在心智發展，以期能提供上課者更寬廣的思考空間。

課程說明：

本課程將以英國分析師及兒童青少年心理治療師Margot Waddell的Inside Lives: Psychoanalysis and

the Growth of the Personality此本書為主要上課內容，佐以各個領域的經典文獻，做完整的探討。

每一堂課都會先由授課老師針對上課主題作約45分鐘的講解，接下來的30分鐘由所有上課成員針

對此主題作討論，故請學員在上課前務必熟讀上課講義（尤其是必讀文獻）。本課程中之文獻資料，

精神分析理論在英國深耕, 其中以客體關係理論發揚光大. 從佛洛伊德以降, 在精神分析發展的時間脈絡中, 客體關係與驅力理論之間的關聯性為何? 所謂客體, 客體選擇與自體等基本概念又是指甚麼?

【治療倫理】

課程目標：

一、本課程旨在培養受訓者熟悉、辨識與思考心理治療運作中常遇到的倫理相關議題，提升對於心理治療歷程中倫理議題的敏感度。課程進行以國際精神分析學會(IPA)以及美國精神分析學會倫理法規為基礎，輔以倫理概念與理論為思考架構，針對相關臨床案例展開討論，體驗倫理議題的複雜以及決策的兩難，增強受訓者倫理思辨的廣度和深度，以及對心理治療倫理的思考、推理、判斷與抉擇能力。

二、台灣尚未訂定精神分析治療倫理，藉由本課程針對相關倫理議題的討論，期能蒐集臨床工作者在進行心理治療時所遭遇的倫理兩難，彙整參與者呈現在討論中的思辨歷程，提供台灣精神分析學會倫理委員會參考。。
