精神分析取向心理治療臨床課程2017-2019
【課程簡介】本課程持續兩年,共四學期。系統化介紹精神分析式心理治療的理論和技巧、精神病理、發展理論、治療倫理,以及臨床案例討論等課程。作為學習精神分析取向心理治療的完整基礎,以及日後作為深入精神分析不可或缺的主題課程。
【上課時間】週六下午12:30-17:30,每學期進行15週。
【上課地點】台北市大安區復興南路二段35號2樓之一(臺灣精神分析學會會址)
【報名資格】領有證照且具實務工作經驗之心理治療相關領域專業人員(護理師、社工師、醫師、臨床心理師、諮商心理師、輔導教師等)

2. 費用:兩年課程共 80,000元(臺灣精神分析學會會員60,000元),並採每年7/30前完成繳費,

• 課程目標:
本課程旨在培養受訓者熟悉、辨識與思考心理治療運作中常遇到的倫理相關議題,提升對於心理治療歷程中倫理議題的敏感度。課程進行以國際精神分析學會(IPA)以及美國精神分析學會(APsaA)倫理法規(Ethic Codes)為基礎,輔以倫理概念與理論為思考架構,針對相關臨床案例展開討論,體驗倫理議題的複雜以及決策的兩難基礎,增強學員對倫理思辨的廣度和深度,以及對心理治療倫理的的思考、推理、判斷與抉擇能力。
台灣尚未訂定精神分析治療倫理,藉由本課程針對相關倫理議題的探討,期能蒐集臨床工作者在進行心理治療時所遭遇的倫理兩難,彙整參考者呈現在討論中的思辨歷程,提供未來臺灣精神分析學會倫理委員會參考。
• 上課方式:
本課程以課程搭配案例研討方式進行。由講師或受訓者提供臨床案例,以團體討論方式進行,期能深度思考治療倫理議題。每節上課之前,請學員先熟悉該節課的倫理法規。

課程簡介:台灣目前如果有人以我今天歇斯底里發作,因此我要請假不上班,一般人會如何想呢?如果說有憂鬱症要請假,會是什麼反應呢?重讀古典精神分析理論,有趣的是何以當代憂鬱是被接受的理由,何以有人說是憂鬱和邊緣的年代,不再那麼強調是焦慮的年代?真的如此嗎?我們從這背景基礎,以《哀悼與憂鬱》和《在自我防衛機能裡的分裂機制》為核心文章,加上佛洛伊德的其它文章,在憂鬱和邊緣的現行狀態,讓古典結合當代的新意。

課程簡介:成熟或許是個有用的說法,真實的生命更趨近一種歷程
『是人』伊底帕斯如是回答著史芬克斯的謎。
人是什麼?是思考、是感覺、還是行動?哲人開始思索。
「凡人所經驗吾必涉其中」,對浮士德而言,追尋意義本身成為人生的定義。「當下即是真實、感覺才是真理」,於是唐璜不斷奔走於感受之中。「To be, or Not to be」何者才是勇敢?哈姆雷特猶豫、躊躇,拖延著要殺不殺,始終思索著。「精神、事物是不斷辯證的過程」黑格爾唯心、馬克思唯物,辯證及可被再驗證彷彿定義了科學真理。佛洛伊德(是的、就是他)「人有潛意識」原來人並不像以為的那樣了解自己,尤其二十一世紀,這個科學似乎比你更瞭解你自己的大數據檢測分析的時代(人臉辨識、腦影像分析、神經傳導基因化學依據),白話文說法:「檢驗報告說你有異常(有病),或是,在標準範圍內(就是沒病),你不相信科學實證?」,那麼何謂人有思考,何謂自由意志?佛洛伊德又說(對,又是他)「客體的陰影落在自體上」,原來,難怪,相同的睡眠腦,可是夢的聯想不同、解釋不同,因為人生成長不同。
做為兒童精神科醫師以及長期以夢及動力的方式從事心理治療(我所說的治療:減少痛苦,活得更好),我是這樣在思考人的發展及生命的去向:「Neuroepigenesis(Biopsychosocial) and Categorical imperative(Kant)」。這一系列課程會在發展的主題上沿著深淵的邊緣(精神病態的理解)試圖往好的那一方前進:
1. 未生:母親(或父母)先理解自己。探討Adult Attachment
2. 初始:決定養孩子,未竟的自己?渴望生命延續?探討Family function
3. 受孕:母體的變化及父親的存在意義?探討子宮Container
4. 出生:開始、是一個人了!探討Trauma
5. 依附:完全依賴、必須有個客體。探討Temperament, Attachment, Fitness
6. 站立:在關係中練習獨立。探討Separation, Individuation, Narcissistic Injury
7. 行走:思考下一步,建立規矩結構。探討Piaget, Cognition science
8. 跑:何謂好奇意圖需要,能否滿足?探討Intention, Delay Gratification , Addiction
9. 社會化:什麼人相互吸引。探討Social brain, Gender Identity
10. 學齡:慢下來練習結構與建構、邏輯與記憶。探討Suppression, Intelligence
11. 前青春:性的萌芽、慾望的心理準備。探討Depression and Suicide
