精神分析取向心理治療臨床課程2016-2018 

 

【課程簡介】本課程持續兩年,共四學期。系統化介紹精神分析式心理治療的理論和技巧、精神病理、發展理論、治療倫理,以及臨床案例討論等課程。作為學習精神分析取向心理治療的完整基礎,以及日後作為深入精神分析不可或缺的主題課程。

【上課時間】週六下午12:30-17:30,每學期進行15週。(第四學期上課時間為13:30-18:30)

【報名資格】領有證照且具實務工作經驗之心理治療相關領域專業人員(護理師、社工師、醫師、臨床心理師、諮商心理師、輔導教師等)

【報名方式】請詳細填妥本簡章所附之報名表,於2016/05/31前以掛號郵件方式寄至「106台北市大安區復興南路二段35號2樓之1,臺灣精神分析學會收」(以郵戳為憑)。若未收到報名手續完成之通知email,請來信[email protected]確認。

課程簡介:本課程將以精神分析觀點與理論探討人類從嬰兒期到老年期之發展,並從相關發展理論、研究及臨床的觀點整理個體成長歷程中助長和阻礙心智及情緒發展的一些重要面向,涵蓋內在精神的發展與防衛機制,家庭、文化與創傷對情緒發展的影響;並從分析觀點思考時間與年老的意義。

課程內容:本課程以三本書的部分章篇為主要讀本,課程的部分架構參考Tavistock Clinic的Introduction to Child Development Research之課程大綱,並提供相關文獻作為成員深入閱讀的參考。主要讀本請成員自行準備,參考文章講師提供。

【理論:英國客體關係】

講師:劉佳昌

 

簡介:

「英國客體關係」只是一個籠統的名稱。地理上,與「客體關係」概念有關的精神分析理論並沒有國界;反倒是歷史上,相對於以本能理論為核心的古典精神分析,客體關係理論多少代表了精神分析理論重心的轉移。在這個變遷的潮流中,英國的精神分析界扮演了先驅而吃重的角色。本課程希望能介紹學生認識這個歷史性變遷在英國的大致樣貌。應注意的是,理論的內容只是最終產物,時代氛圍、臨床經驗、乃至理論本身存在的問題等,都是理論形成背後的重要脈絡。理論是某種答案,但時間久了大家可能會忘記原先是想解決甚麼問題。除了生吞活剝地學習理論,我們也應時常回頭思考當時遭遇的是怎樣的挑戰,以及人類智性是以何種過程去回應那些挑戰。

課程簡介:當年是相對於催眠術外發展出來,精神分析做為一項文明的技藝,它除了是心智的後設理論外,它在診療室裡一套約定成俗的模式,逐漸累積起來的知識,到底有那些約定成俗的條件呢?例如,躺椅,每周幾次,固定時間,付費等等。這些外在條件做為治療結構的一部分,它的真正目的是什麼呢?另外,在一方叫做個案或被分析者,另一方叫做分析師或治療師,在兩人的關係裡,人是如何展演自己呢?這個展演過程裡出現了什麼人性謎題呢?雖然我們目前簡略說,這中間有移情和反移情的展現,它們是什麼呢?如何知道它們呢?知道後要如何運用呢?
